Bench test & inspection

Bench testing before the ECM ships

After repair and programming, we bench test the ECM, check injector driver response, confirm voltage stability, seal the unit, repaint when needed and pack it for shipment.

Final packed ECM ready for shipment
Injector responseEach injector output is checked so every cylinder has normal driver response.
Power validationPower, ground and related voltage points are confirmed before closing the case.
Final handlingThe ECM is sealed, painted if required, packed and prepared for shipment.

Step-by-step workflow

How we inspect before shipment

01

Injector output test

Each injector channel is tested to confirm the ECM can drive every cylinder correctly.

02

Voltage and power check

All key power, ground and circuit voltage points are checked under bench conditions.

03

Final case inspection

Connector pins, sealing areas and casing condition are checked before closing the module.

04

Seal, paint and pack

The unit is sealed, finished and boxed so it is ready for delivery to the customer.

Final inspection

Confirm testing requirements before shipment

If you need specific test proof, send the machine model, engine information and symptoms so we can document the inspection clearly.
